Each apartment costs € 85.00 per night for two adults, with a minimum stay of 3 nights.

 

The price includes:

-        bed linen

-        towels

-        kitchen tablecloths and dish towels.

 

 Weekly change of linen; intermediate change available on request, with an additional cost of € 10.00.

 

 Extra charges:

 

Children from 0-5 years, free

Children from 6 years on and adults € 15.00;

 

Tourist tax, 1 € per person per day from 14 years on, amount is subject to municipal regulation.

 

Discounts:

 

10% discount for stays of  15 consecutive nights.

20% discount for stays of at least 30 consecutive nights.

 

Conditions and Payment:

 

Deposit. A security deposit equal to 30% of the entire amount of the stay must be paid within 7 days from the booking date on the bank account.

 

The reservation is confirmed when we send you a specific e-mail after receiving  your security deposit.

 

The balance for your stay must be made on our bank account by the day before arrival  or cash at the check-in.

For stays of 3 nights, the payment of the entire fee must be made within 3 days before check-in on our bank account; the booking will be confirmed after the sum has been credited.

Cancellations

 

After confirming the reservation, the following penalties will be applied in case of cancellation by the customer:

 

- Up to 30 days before arrival, 90% of the amount paid will be refunded;

- From 29 days and up to 15 days before arrival, 75% of the amount paid will be refunded;

- From 14 days until the Check-in date, the amount paid will not be refunded.

Check-out: by 10.00.
