The building, which consists of three indipendent apartments, is prefabricated, ecological and equipped with photovoltaic panels to limit as much as possible the use of energy produced from non-renewable sources.

The choice of eco-friendly and natural materials does not penalize safety; the building in fact meets the highest seismic requirements and despite being made of wood, it has a fire resistance of one hour; natural materials also ensure perfect living comfort.
