And it consists of: living room with kitchen equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave and kettle, sofa that converts into two single beds, a bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and small closet, for a total of 4 beds.
The housing unit is equipped with independent heating and air conditioning, television with satellite channels and, in the small closet, there are a washing machine, iron and clothesline.
A large window ensures full lighting and access to the outdoor private loggia (patio), equipped with table and chairs to enjoy the view of the surrounding greenery.
The 'NINO' apartment, named in memory of the owner's father, is located on the ground floor and is accessed from a large and elegant outdoor patio.
